Selling Locations The Cowboy and Shooters Supply sells only in the United States of America. Payment Terms The Cowboy and Shooters Supply accepts the following forms of payment: Visa Mastercard Discover American Express Money Order Cashier's Check Personal Check for orders up to $120 (may be held) Due to the nature of our merchandise, much of which is custom made and/or special ordered for the customer, we work on a pre-pay or deposit basis. (See re-stocking fee below.) On-line orders placed by credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed. Once the transaction is approved, we will proceed to fill the order... first with our on-hand stock and then from the manufacturer as needed. In some instances, such as when the item is commonly stocked by us, we may waive this pre-pay requirement and wait to charge the customer's credit card until the order is complete and ready for shipment. Since manufacturers frequently charge us a re-stocking fee when we cancel or change an order, we have had to start passing this cost back to the customer. Additionally, once an order is placed and the credit card is charged, we incur processing fees averaging 3.5% on the charge, and again on any refund. Therefore, the following policy now applies....       If any customer cancels or changes their order before the estimated time of delivery has expired, their entire order may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
