Estimated Delivery Time
We keep our shipping charges low for you by shipping all items in your order together. For example, if your order contains a hand-carved holster, an 8-12 week delivery, and a toy cap gun, an in-stock item, we will pull the cap gun and hold it to ship with your holster. You would receive both items in about 8-12 weeks. Once all items in an order are in-stock, the order ships within one business day.
If you are in a hurry, please check item availability before placing your order. See our re-stocking fee on the Terms and Conditions Page. You can check inventory by email or phone using the information at the top of every web page.
- Firearms that are in stock ship as soon as we receive payment, and your receiving dealer's FFL. Special order firearms will have an estimated delivery time quoted at the time of order.
- Ammo, Books, Pocket Watches, Grips, Nylon Holsters, Snap Caps, HKS Speedloaders, and items on the Specials page are regular stock items.
- Triple K Leather: 2-8 weeks most items, holsters 2-12 weeks
Triple K offers about 100,000 leather products for sale when all options such as color, waist size, barrel length, etc. are added up. Therefore, neither we nor Triple K have all items on-hand. We both stock the most common items. When you place your order with The Cowboy and Shooters Supply, we try to fill it with our on-hand inventory. If we do not have your item in-stock, we then order it from Triple K. If Triple K does not have your item in-stock, they will make it. (The
manufacture and finish of leather goods takes 4-10 weeks depending on the item and how busy the manufacturer is.) Please allow 2-8 weeks (holsters 2-12 weeks) for delivery from the time you placed your order. It is well worth the wait for these handcrafted leather goods which are made in the USA.
- We generally stock Triple K's western style holsters and belts for common single action revolvers. Other Triple K merchandise we try to keep in-stock are snap caps, HKS speedloader carriers, bandoleers, cartridge and shot shell slides/boxes, black powder holsters, bullet pouches, boot zips, hunting knife sheaths, some saddle and range bags, and the Secret Agent and Skeleton style holsters. We are constantly increasing our on-hand inventory.

- Guns - Long Guns are $20. Handguns are $25. Hawaii and Alaska may be extra..
- Ammo - Based on weight to your shipping zone. Shipping charges will be shown before you submit your order.
- Everything Else - Based on total price of order...
- 0.00-49.99 = 7.00
- 50.00-99.99 = 10.00
- 100.00-199.99 = 12.00
- 200.00 and up = 14.00
Shipping Method
- Orders up to 2 or 3 pounds generally ship Priority Mail. (Books ship Media Mail).
- Orders over 2 or 3 pounds generally ship UPS Ground.
- Rush shipping available for in-stock items. Call or email for an estimate.
- Ammunition ships UPS Ground with "Minimum 21 adult signature required".
- Long guns ship UPS Ground with "Minimum 21 adult signature required" to your transfer dealer.
- Handguns ship USPS Priority Mail to your transfer dealer.
